HK Security Services, Inc. is a licensed private security company operating in Nevada (PILB License #2854), providing security guard services, patrol services, event security, and consulting in the Las Vegas and Henderson area. 2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, phone number, company name, and message content.
- Career applications: Name, email, phone number, position of interest, years of experience, resume documents, and optional additional information.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Email address.
- Client portal (forthcoming): When we launch our client portal, this Policy will be updated to describe additional information collected, which may include account credentials, billing information, service history, and patrol logs.
Automatically collected information: Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, used for security and performance purposes only.
Cookies and analytics: When you first visit our Site, a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive, and, if we are running advertising campaigns, Google Ads conversion measurement to evaluate their performance. The Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set unless and until you click Accept. If you decline, or if you never respond to the banner, the script is never loaded and no request is made to Google. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask again on every visit. You may change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this Site.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry standard for responding to DNT, and our Site does not respond to DNT signals. Our Site does honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a decision to decline non-essential cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.

These currently include Cloudflare (website hosting, file storage for submitted resumes, and the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms), Resend (delivery of form and application notification emails), and Cal.com (optional appointment scheduling, if you choose to book a call). These providers are contractually required to protect your information and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Legal compliance: Law enforcement or courts when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Data Retention
Contact and inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years, or longer if required for an ongoing business relationship or legal matter. Job applications are retained for 1 year unless a candidate is hired. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Submit requests to info@hksecurityservices.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Nevada residents: Under NRS 603A, Nevada residents may request confirmation that we do not sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests to info@hksecurityservices.com.
California residents: We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes described in this Policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described in Section 2. California residents may request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request correction or deletion of that information, and are entitled not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. Submit requests to info@hksecurityservices.com, and we will verify your request by confirming the email address or other details associated with your submission before responding. Under California's “Shine the Light” law, you may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site may link to third-party websites including LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
