Our founders, Mike Healy and Wally Kodba, brought over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement and private security to create a company that prioritizes communication, professionalism, and results.

Mike Healy
PrincipalA 35+ year Las Vegas area resident, Mike entered the security industry in business development with US Security Associates following a successful career operating a seafood distribution company. His deep local roots and client-first approach have been central to HK Security's growth since 2019.
Wally Kodba
Principal30-year law enforcement veteran and FBI National Academy graduate (Class 237). ASIS member since 1990, bringing deep expertise in security management and community protection to every client engagement.
